Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-type electromagnetic wave absorbing wall which can be suitably used as the external wall material for a wall face, pillar, beam, etc., of a tall building, by solving a problem of the electromagnetic wave absorbing wall that it should be light-weight and thin. SOLUTION: In an eIectromagnetic wave absorbing wall, ferrite units 20, each of which is made by fastening a ferrite tile 1 which is extended in the magnetic field direction of incoming electromagnetic waves onto a ferrite presser plate 15, are located at regular intervals in the electric field direction. The ferrite presser plates 15 are constituted of insulating light-weight foaming bodies. And, recesses for locating reinforcing rib materials which are extended in the electric field direction are repeatedly formed at regular intervals in the magnetic field direction in each ferrite presser plate 15. |
