Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile servo control device which stably operates without being affected by an eccentric component. SOLUTION: A low-frequency component signal SA, which is a low-frequency component of a tracking error signal STE from a pick-up 1, is sampled at a preset sampling point on an optical disk DK by using Hall element signals SH+ and SH- outputted from a spindle motor 13 which rotates the optical disk DK. An average signal SC which is a signal formed by averaging output levels of the low-frequency component signals SA in one turn of the optical disk DK, is generated by an averaging unit 25. A carriage motor 8 is driven on the basis of the averaged signal SC. By averaging the low-frequency component signals SA at the averaging unit 25, fluctuation included in the tracking error signal STE due to eccentricity of the optical disk DK may be eliminated. |
