Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a stringer having a stable shape and provide a manufacturing machine. SOLUTION: Many needles 6 arranged in parallel on the first needle floor 1 and one or more needles 7 on the second needle floor 2 arranged back to back at the prescribed intervals at one end section in the longitudinal direction of the first needle floor 1 are slid in the vertical direction, and swinging actions and jogging actions are applied to a knitting guide 8. A monofilament bending means 3 arranged at one end section in the longitudinal direction of the first needle floor 1 is reciprocated at the underlapping position along an upper space section between the first and second needle floors 1, 2, individual fastener element portions are continuously molded while a linear monofilament 5 which is an element line molding raw material is bent, and molding element lines are knitted and fixed to a fastener tape in sequence by the opposite needles 6, 7 of the first and second needle floors 1, 2 concurrently when the fastener tape is knitted. |
