Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge and evaluate the combustion condition matching with the combustion condition by obtaining the teacher data from a combustion device, and updating the neural network under operation while the combustion device is operated by the neural network generated from the data. SOLUTION: In the of a combustion device such as a garbage incinerator, the property of the garbage is fluctuated depending on the season, and there occur some cases where the judgment of the combustion condition to be performed by an initial neural network 421 does not match with the actual combustion condition. Thus, learning of the neural network is performed while the combustion device is in operation by replacing a part of the teacher data of the initial neural network 421 and the operation data of the combustion device with the teacher data which are prepared by being incorporated in an on-line manner, by an on-line neural network generating means 423. That means, the on-line learning of the neural network is performed, and a new neural network 422 is generated.
