PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate disassembly/inspection work, and facilitate the securance of a disassembly/inspection space, by arranging a moving maintenance house which is formed to be moved in parallel to the longitudinal direction of a turbine house, has the same level floor as a house operation floor, and is communicated with a house operation room. SOLUTION: Some of the gas turbines 2 and the steam turbines 3 of a combined cycle power plant facilities are connected to the other generators 4 or the same generators 4. A moving maintenance house which can be applicable to any one of the gas turbines 2 and the steam turbines 3, is arranged adjacently to a turbine house. Namely, the moving maintenance house is formed to be moved in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the turbine house in the vicinity of the turbine house. Then, the moving maintenance house which has the same level floor as the operation floor of the turbine house and is communicated with the operation room of the turbine house, that is, a moving type maintenance device room 12, is arranged. Hereby, disassembly/inspection work can be concentrated, working time can be shortened to a large extent, and working environment can be improved.
