Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize uniform seeding at a fixed ratio by mixing and dispersing seeds with fluff into a cottonlike fiber to form a mat. SOLUTION: A cottonlike fiber 2 and seeds with fluff 3 are mixed to form a straw mat by a molding means 6, a net body 5 is pressurized and bonded on its surface by a pressurizing roller 9 to form a mat 4, and then, it is cut to predetermined length at A point to form a seeding basic body 1. Corrosive staple fiber cotton is used as the fiber 2 and is corroded and collapsed gradually after the basic body 1 is spread and provided to facilitate the germination and growth of seeds and reduce residual material after plants grow. Next, when a normal face is greened, the basic body 1 is fixed on the normal face by using an anchor so that it does not slide down. At this time, since the basic body 1 is cut at fixed dimension, the construction and transportation become easy. Moreover, since seeds 3 are mixed and dispersed in the cottonlike fiber 2 to manufacture the mat 4, the seeds can be mixed uniformly at fixed distribution even if the seeds 3 are seeds with fluff. |
