Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the infiltration of the liquid such as the water, oil or the like from the connecting part of a car side board and a skirting board, by installing a connection of the integral construction with the car side board, bent downward on the outside, at the connecting part of the car side board and the skirting board, and positioning the connecting of the car side board and the skirting board, lower than an upper face of the skirting board. SOLUTION: A car side board 1 comprises a connecting member 10 of the integral construction with the car side board 1, bent outside downward, on the lower end outside, and a connection 13 is formed of a skirting board 2 and the connecting member 10. The connection 13 is positioned lower than an upper face of the skirting board 2. Thereby the penetration of the liquid such as the water, oil from the outside of the car 7 into the same can be prevented, even when the liquid travels on the car side board 1, and further travels on a fastening bolt 9 with the skirting board 2, and the situation that the liquid such as the water is collected on a floor 8, can be prevented.
