Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the traffic information transmission system where traffic from a remote client to a server is always discriminated and optimum communication taking a communication charge and an access charge to the server into account is conducted. SOLUTION: The traffic information transmission system that uses the ISDN terminal adaptor to transmit traffic information is provided with a 1st terminal adaptor 1 provided to a remote client side, a 2nd terminal adaptor 2 provided to an opposite side, a server 3 that desires to monitor traffic information and a management equipment 4 that monitors the traffic information. Then the management equipment 4 always monitors a traffic status of the server 2 and reports its change to the remote client.
