Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a separating characteristic of anti-freezing liquid against water and reduce an amount of anti-freezing liquid to be mixed into ice. SOLUTION: This device is constructed such that anti-freezing liquid 9 having a higher density than that of water and cooled down to an icing point or less and water 10 are directly contacted to each other within an ice making tank 1 having an anti-freezing liquid storing section 1a at its bottom. In this case, an anti-freezing liquid injection nozzle 4 for flowing out anti-freezing liquid into the ice making tank is arranged at either a central part of the side surface of the ice making tank 1 or a location slightly higher than the central part. A water flowing-in nozzle 7 for use in flowing water into the ice making tank is arranged at a location higher than an interface between the anti-freezing liquid and water at a lower part of the side surface of the ice making tank.
