PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacture of the liquid crystal display panel which makes it possible to easily decide whether or not a substrate is cut within a proper range before a mounting process, and the liquid crystal display panel and liquid crystal display device which are manufactured by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: By this manufacturing method, individual liquid crystal panels 10 are formed by cutting successive liquid crystal display panels 10 which have a 1st substrate 20 and a 2nd substrate 22 facing each other across liquid crystal and an electrode terminal group 12 formed on the 1st substrate 20. In this case, an inspecting circuit 60 which decides whether or not the substrates are cut at cutting positions within the proper range is provided in cutting expected areas of the successive liquid crystal panels. This method includes a cutting position deciding process which decides whether or not the substrates are cut at cutting positions within the proper range by feeding terminals 72 and 74 connected to the inspecting circuit 60 after the liquid crystal display panels 10 are cut to decide the electric connection state.
