Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sensitivity and specificity of a diagnosing and testing system which can simultaneously measure several kinds of substances to be inspected by an already known method including the use of bond partners prepared through recombination. SOLUTION: In an immunochemical method by which substances contained in a sample can be qualitatively or quantitatively detected by detecting the bond of bond partners to the substances to be inspected by bringing first and second bond partners into contact with the substances by using an already known method, the first and second bond partners are prepared through recombination by using different vectors V1 and V2 for the manifestation of a fused protein in the same host and manifesting the first bond partner as a fused protein F1 in the vector V1. The second bond partner is manifested as a fused protein F2 in the vector V2.
