Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor temperature compensation circuit that can ex a span temperature compensation only with a temperature compensation resistor of positive temperature factor regardless of whichever the sensor's temperature factor is positive or negative, while not damaging the mass-productivity and manufacture efficiency. SOLUTION: A specified voltage Vcc from a voltage source is divided between a temperature compensation resistor 12 and a standard resistor 13, and the divided voltage is inputted to an operation amplifier 11, then an output voltage of the operation amplifier 11 is applied to a sensor 31 while either the temperature compensation resistor 12 or the standard resistor 13 is set to be on a ground side, so that a span temperature compensation can be performed for a sensor whose temperature factor is positive or negative. Thus, such troublesome work as measuring a temperature characteristics of the temperature compensation resistor 12 is not required, for assured mass-productivity and manufacture efficiency. |
