PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw laver processing device and rotary brush for reinforcing a spiral blade at the top of a brushing cylinder. SOLUTION: This raw laver processing device comprises an outer vessel 2, water-permeable inner vessels 4 located with a predetermined mutual spacing in the outer vessel 2, and brushing cylinders 5 each of which has brushing fibers planted spirally on its outside wall and is located in each inner vessel 14 to be freely rotatably, and reinforcing blades projected from under side of the spiral blade on the top outside of the brushing cylinder 5.
