Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adherence, processability, ultraviolet screening properties, and stainproofness by forming a film which comprises mainly an ethylene/ 4-fluoroethylene copolymer and has a specified thickness, at least one side of which is surface treated, and of which the ratio of carbon atoms to oxygen atoms (O/C) on the surface layer is in a specified range. SOLUTION: The thickness of this film is 1-30 μm, and the ratio (O/C) is (0.2 to 0.6):1. It is desirable to provide functionalizing layers with a thickness of 0.1-0.5 μm, comprising a stainproofing layer, an ultraviolet absorbing layer, and an adhesive layer at least on one side of the film. The stainproofing layer used comprises a composition consisting mainly of an inorganic hydrophilic colloidal substance, and it is desirable that the thickness is 0.01-10 μm. The ultraviolet absorbing layer used comprises a mixture of a general polymeric adhesive comprising, e.g. a poly(meth)acrylic ester copolymer and an ultraviolet absorber (e.g. benzophenone), and it is desirable that the content of the ultraviolet absorber is 0.01-50 wt.% and that the thickness of the layer is 0.05-40 μm. The adhesive layer used comprises, e.g. in epoxy resin adhesive, and it is desirable that the thickness is 1-40 μm.
