Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the shield structure of the portable equipment in which defective conduction caused by depressing of a pushbutton is surely prevented without causing large size or thick thickness of the portable equipment and electromagnetic shield of a radio circuit is conducted surely. SOLUTION: An interface board 21 and a circuit mount board 22 are contained in parallel in a housing 10 of the portable telephone set, a switch section switched through depression of a pushbutton 13 is provided to the interface board 21 and a radio circuit section 26 and a control circuit section 25 are provided separately to a front side and a rear side of the circuit mount board 22, a conductive front side shield case 31 is interposed between the circuit mount board 22 and the interface board 21, and a conductive rear side shield case 32 is interposed between the circuit mount board 22 and the housing 10 and ribs 31d, 32d are formed to the shield cases 31, 32 respectively for electromagnetic shield around the radio circuit board 26 in press contact with the circuit mount board 22.
