Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent passing band characteristics by suppressing unwanted higher harmonic modes such as bending vibration and contour vibration generated near main vibration. SOLUTION: Excitation electrodes composed of input/output electrodes 11 and 12 and a common electrode are formed on a crystal plate 1 and peripheral electrodes 21 and 22 are formed around the excitation electrodes. The respective peripheral electrodes 21 and 22 are constituted to be the narrow width electrodes of a small area around the excitation electrode and turned to a thick width electrode whose area is enlarged more as being separated from the excitation electrode. By gradually enlarging the area, weighting is made different.
