SOLUTION: A furnace body 10 comprises a horizontally long horizontal combustion chamber 20 provided with a intake gate 25 for feeding the highly volatile or the high calorie waste at an end, air tubes 40 extended circumferentially along a ceiling wall 21 and both side walls 22 and 22 of the horizontal combustion chamber 20 are arranged like ribs from upstream to down stream in a plurality of rows and the jet nozzles jetting air to the horizontal combustion chamber 20 are arranged to each of the air tubes 40. The top part of the ceiling wall 21 is provided with mixing nozzles N3 jetting the pre- mixture of the air and highly volatile components to the horizontal combustion chamber 20 and the air jetting pressure of the air tubes 40 is decreased from the upstream to the down stream in sequence collecting the air tubes 40 in a plurality of rows into air headers 45.
