PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute a work by providing a hinge part on a part of a fixing means for mounting a control unit on the body bottom of a hygienic washing device, and rotatably supporting the control unit during a mounting work therefor. SOLUTION: At the time of mounting a control unit 3, the shaft 3F of the hinge part 9 of the unit 3 is mounted on the bearings 1G and 1H of the hinge part 9 of a hygienic washing device body. Then, the unit 3 is held at a position (a) with a jig 10, with the component mounting surface of a substrate unit directed upward, and each of wiring cords 8 with one end connected to each electric part of the body has the other end connected to each connector 32 mounted on the component mounting surface of the substrate unit. Thereafter, when the unit 3 is rotated to a mounting position (b) around the shaft 3F rotatably held on the bearings 1G and 1H, the projection 3G of the unit 3 comes in contact with the recess 1K of a body bottom 1L. Furthermore, after the unit 3 is screwed to the body bottom 1L at a fixing part 3, a corresponding feedwater pipe 6 is inserted in each pipe support part 3H. According to this construction, a work can be easily executed.
