Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a landing device as a unit and shorten the construction period of the installation work even when a jamb has a special specification and cannot be assembled into the unit by connecting a hanger case and a threshold with fixing metals, and forming the jamb as a unit without using it as a strength member. SOLUTION: A hanger case 3 is fixed on the upper side of a jamb 1 arranged at the entrance of an elevator landing, and a threshold 6 is fixed at the lower end of the jamb 1. The back face of the hanger case 3 and the lower face of the threshold 6 are connected and fixed by fixing metals 22 to form this elevator landing device into a conveyance unit. Holes are bored on the back face of the hanger case 3 and the upper sections of the fixing metals 22, and female screw machining is applied for forming the unit. Bolts 23 are inserted from the inside of the hanger case 3 and fastened to the female screw-machined portions. Male screw portions of bolts are protruded on the lower face of the threshold 6, and they are inserted into the holes provided on the lower faces of the fixing metals 22 and fastened and fixed by nuts 24 from the lower face side of the fixing metals 22.
