Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent turbulence from being made by the pat of a knee and reduce resistance of wind by providing a projected line which is a rear rising along a line connecting an almost front wheel axle and left and right recesses at the rear part of a fuel tank and is projected to an angle whose rear part gradually becomes larger on the side surface of a cowling. SOLUTION: A projected line 8 which is a rear rising and has a horizontal angle in cross section whose rear side gradually becomes larger is formed integrally with a cowling 2, by roughly aligning to a line M connecting the axle 7 of an almost front wheel 6 and the center 4 of a recess on the rear side surface of a fuel tank 3 on the under cowl side surface of the cowling 2. Thus, wind flowing along the side surface of the cowling 2 is straightened by rear rising wind. A pat 9 of the knee of a rider 5 enters shade of wind straightened by the projected line 8, making of turbulence by the pat 9 of the knee is eliminated and resistance of wind can be reduced. The projected line 8 makes flow of rear rising wind, floating of the front wheel 6 is prevented and an ideal wind flow can be made. |
