Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive integrated screenings cleaning and dehydrating device making screenings sanitary and easy to handle, having a simple structure, made more compact and capable of being continuously operated. SOLUTION: This integrated screenings cleaning and dehydrating device consists of an agitating and cleaning chamber 12a having a a cleaning water feed pipe for cleaning screenings and an agitator for agitating the cleaning water, a cleaning water discharge chamber 12b having a level control weir 18 and a cleaning water discharge port, a screen 31 for separating screenings from cleaning water, a screw conveyor 32 for conveying the separated screenings, a press part 33 for compressing and dehydrating the conveyed screenings and a screen-type screenings remover 30 having a discharge part for discharging the compressed and dehydrated screenings. The agitating and cleaning chamber 12a and the cleaning water discharge chamber 12b are partitioned by the remover 30, and the cleaning water in the agitating and cleaning chamber 12a is passed through the screen of the remover 30 and transferred to the cleaning water discharge chamber 12b. |
