Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enjoy a game not based on the data of a control device by dropping an object on a game board provided with multiple detection areas, detecting the detection area where the object is dropped, and practicing divination or judging a hit/miss based on the detected result. SOLUTION: When a player inserts a coin to start a game, a rope 6 inserted into the eccentric hole of a rotary disk rotated by a motor is rotated, and a model (a doll or the like) 5 fitted at the lower end section of the rope 6 is rotated. A game board 8 is rotated at the same time. When the player pushes a drop button at proper timing, a solenoid is turned on, a reel wound with the rope 6 is made free, and the model 5 is dropped on the game board 8. One of the light transmission sections of many detection areas arranged on the game board 8 is shielded by the dropped model 5, the detection area where light is shielded is detected, and divination is practiced or a hit/miss is judged based on the detected result.
