Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration attenuating floor for solving such problems that a considerably large clearance is required in the building planning because the relative displacement between a vibration isolation floor and a structural body is large in the conventional passive vibration isolation floors and most of the vibration of higher floors of a super high-rised building structure are long cycle vibration (4-6 see) and it coincides with the vibration cycle of vibration isolation floors or the cycle of the vibration isolation floors is shorter than that according to circumstances and hence, the vibration isolation effect can not be almost expected. SOLUTION: Since a vibration-attenuation effect is low although the relative displacement between a floor 5 of a building body structure and a vibration isolation floor is large in conventional passive vibration isolation floors in which passive vibration isolation devices are arranged between the floor of the building body structure and the vibration isolation floor, active vibration control devices are used together with the passive vibration isolation devices to form a vibration attenuating floor 6 and reduce the relative displacement between the floor 5 of the building body structure and the floor 6. In this way, vibration of a high order in the attenuating floor 6 is reduced to increase the attenuation effect in the floor structure.
