Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute a work by detaching a base material after completing form correction grinding from a wheel drive part so as to electrodeposite abrasive grains thereon, and fitting the abrasive grains electrodeposited wheel to the wheel drive part so as to perform truing. SOLUTION: A base metal is fitted to a wheel spindle 11, and while the base metal and a CBN rotary dresser D are rotated, a wheel drive table 3 is moved in the X-axis direction, and a dresser drive table 4 is moved in the Z-axis direction. By this work, the base metal below desired form error and surface roughness can be provided. After completing form correction grinding, the form error of the base metal is measured on a truing device. The surface roughness is measured by an exclusive measuring machine. If the results are successful, the base metal is detached from the truing device, and abrasive grains are electrodeposited thereon. The abrasive grains electrodeposited wheel is shifted to truing.
