Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which fetches information of plural WWW(world wide web) servers on an inter/intra-network onto one WWW browser, synthesizes information and display it. SOLUTION: A function providing WWW server 10 is placed on an inter/ intra-network, and a user uses a WWW browser 20, links to an HTML (hypertext markup language) file 11 of the function providing WWW server and loads each applet. The existence place of information he wants to fetch is delivered to an information relay program 16 which operates in the function providing WWW server by using function of an information acquisition applet 13 which designates that existence place of information of the information providing WWW server he wants to fetch. The information relay program requests the information providing WWW server to transfer corresponding information, fetches the information to the function providing WWW server and fetches it on the WWW browser.
