Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly remove a residual dehydrated cake by successively vibrating a plurality of treatment filter plates up and down and to suppress the generation of noise. SOLUTION: A movable holding plate is opened with respect to a fixed holding plate and the respective filter plates 6 between them are also mutually opened and the movable arm 26 on a reciprocating stand 22 is revolved accompanied by the forward movement of the reciprocating stand 22 in such a state that the engaging part 32 of the treatment filter plate 6 is placed on the press part 28 thereof to be engaged therewith to reciprocally move the treatment filter plate 6 between the lowermost moving position and the uppermost moving position. Therefore, the engaging part 32 of the treatment filter plate 6 only slides and revolves on the press part 2 of the movable arm 26 over a short distance and the up and down impact of the treatment filter plate 6 is reduced.
