Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spray material excellent in the mechanical strength developability of the concrete sprayed therewith and slump holding ability at a high temperatures, by using a composition comprising cement, copolymer of a specific polyalkylene glycol monoalkenyl ether and maleic anhydride [hydrolyzate (salt)] and a defoaming agent. SOLUTION: This spray material is obtained by using a composition comprising cement, pref. 0.01-5.0 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of cement, of a copolymer [hydrolyzate (salt)] of a polyalkylene glycol monoalkenyl ether of the formula R1 O(AO)n R2 (R1 is a 2-5C unsaturated hydrocarbon group, pref. vinyl group; AO is a 2-4C oxyalkylene group, pref. oxyethylene group; (n) is 1-100; R2 is H, a 1-4C alkyl, pref. CH3 ) and maleic anhydride in the molar ratio of (1:2) to (2:1), and pref. 0.01-10 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the copolymer, of a defoaming agent (e.g. polyether-based one). |
