Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the acoustic performance of an internal speaker, without increasing the size of a cabinet by using a 1st housing as a speaker box when a peripheral structure is connected to a TV receiver. SOLUTION: A TV stand 2 consists of a bed plate 14 which holds a TV receiver 1 and a housing 15 which is attached under the plate 14. The housing 15 functions as a box of a speaker main body together with a cabinet 3 and a holding member of the receiver 1, and the inside space of the housing 15 also serves as an air chamber. When the receiver 1 is put on the stand 2, a projection part 18 of the plate 14 of the stand 2 is fitted to a recess part of the cabinet 3. Thus, the air chamber of the receiver 1 links an air chamber 16 of the stand 2, and therefore the capacity of the air chamber of the speaker main body is increased.
