Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent nonuniform wall thickness from being generated without cutting off interconnected fiber by raising average fiber volume content by a method wherein after removing surplus resin stuck to a surface of an FRP cylinder, mold curing is effected. SOLUTION: After winding to a specific layer structure, that is heated with a heater rotating with a driver 7a while an FRP cylinder C is wound on a mold 6 as it is. Then, a temperature of the FRP cylinder C is raised to 20 to 100 deg.C, and resin on a surface of the cylinder C is removed. For the removing method, a removing means 8 comprising various absorption materials, a flexible scraper, a jet nozzle of inactive gas, etc., is fitted to a carriage 3a reciprocating along a guide 4a, and resin is uniformly removed from the surface of the rotating FRP cylinder C. Thereafter, it is further heated, cured, and released from a mold 6. Thus, processes of winding of interconnected fiber on the mold 6, heating, and removal and heat curing of surplus resin can be continuously executed with the same apparatus. |
