Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield rate of products by arranging a magnetoelectric conversion element at the adequate position with respect to a magnet by providing a position-adjusting means, for adjusting the position of the magnetoelectric conversion element for the magnet on a circuit board. SOLUTION: In a case 11, a permanent magnet 3, an electric circuit 14 and a fixing member 13, wherein the permanent magnet 3 and the electric circuit 14, fixed with a bonding agent are contained. The electric circuit 14 has a circuit board 15, an electronic part 6 attached to the board 15 and a Hall element 7, which is the magnetoelectric conversion element. In the circuit board 15, as position adjusting means adjusting holes 18 are formed at two places, which can adjust the position of the Hall element 7 with respect to the permanent magnet 3. Furthermore, the Hall element 7 is covered by a fixing part 20, wherein the bonding agent is solidified, under the state, wherein a sensing surface 7a is exposed. Furthermore, the space part, which is formed of the permanent magnet 3, the end part of the fixing member 13 and the circuit board 15 is filled with bonding agent, and the bonding agent is solidified. |
