Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of fuel to the outside through appropriate control of the fuel quantity of a fuel feed tank in a laboratory so as to improve safety, and feed fuel to a test engine positively so as to improve reliability in an engine testing fuel feeder. SOLUTION: A fuel pump 12 for force-feeding fuel to a laboratory 24 is connected to an outdoor tank 17 stored with fuel, and a fuel feed tank 28 for storing the specified quantity of fuel force-fed from the fuel pump 12 is provided in the laboratory 24. A fuel feed pipe 26 for feeding fuel to a test engine E is connected to the fuel feed tank 28. When fuel in the fuel feed tank 28 exceeds a first upper limit position with the possibility of leakage to the outside, at least one of the fuel pump 12 and a solenoid valve 34 of a second fuel pipeline 31 is actuated to stop fuel supply to the fuel feed tank 28.
