Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a stable structural strength and to easily prevent interference with a vessel by composing a girder for running a trolley of a fixed double girder on a land side and a rotational double girder on a sea side. SOLUTION: A rotational double girder 18 on a sea side is composed of a pair of rotational girders 18a and 18b connected to the tip part of a land side double girder 9 via a pin 17 so as to be rotated in a horizontal direction, it is rotated in a horizontal direction between x-y around the rotational pin 17 by a driving device Mc and retreated to prevent its interference with a vessel 16 docks in/moves away from a piper 3. The tip parts of the rotational girders 18a and 18b are connected to each other by a connecting tool 19, and connection fixing is released for rotation. For cargo work, the rotational girders 18a and 18b are rotated respectively from their retreated states and positioned linearly with the fixed double girder 9 of the land side, connected and fixed by the connecting tool 19, a trolley 11 is run between the vessel 16 and the land and then cargo work is carried out.
