Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid any communication barrier in a construction site surely, and also to make improvements in reliability on a device and safely during the constriction work by leaps and bounds. SOLUTION: A radio control device 1 of this construction machinery is equipped with a radio transmitter T, diffusing and molding a control signal Sc or a primary modulated signal Sm primarily modulated with this control signal Sc on the basis of a pseudo-noise sign Spt, and diffusing a frequency spectrum and then transmitting it, while it is also equipped with a radio receiver R, inversely diffusing a receiving signal Sr to be obtained from the received wave out of the radio transmitter T on the basis of the pseudo-noise sign Spr or demodulating an inverse diffusion signal So to be obtained by this inverse diffusion, thereby securing a control signal Sco.
