Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the saving of structure space by constituting a commutator such that a connection lug is arranged at an acute angle to a laminate, and that it is supported in radial direction by an insulating material. SOLUTION: A commutator has a cylindrical insulating material 11 provided with a through hole 12, and it is thrust onto the rotor shaft of an electric machine which supports the rotor equipped with rotor winding through a through hole 12. Moreover, the insulating material 11 supports many laminates 13 consisting of conductive material arranged at equal circumferential intervals all over the periphery of the cylinder, and a connection lug 14 is made integrally each at the end face directed toward the rotor of the laminate 13. Then, since the connection lug 14 is arranged at an acute angle γ to the laminate, the interval in radial direction from the axis of a commutator grows larger toward rotor, and it is supported by the end division 112 of the insulating material 11 extended over the cylinder part 111 supporting the laminate 13. As a result, the structure space in radial direction can be saved. |
