Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a circulator, to widen a band, to reduce a loss and to reduce the cost by electrically connecting a magnetic rotator formed by integrally baking so that an insulating magnetic body surrounds an inner conductor having a prescribed pattern in a close contact state and resonance capacitor parts which are differently formed. SOLUTION: The insulating magnetic body integrally forms the magnetic rotator 20 in the close contact state so that it surrounds strip-like coil patterns which are stacked in two layers and extend in three pairs of radiation directions. One end of the respective patterns is electrically connected to the terminal electrode provided for the side. The resonance capacitors 21a, 21b and 21c of multilayer triplet strip line structure with a wide operation frequency range are connected to the terminal electrode. Thus, the generation of an inverse magnetic field is eliminated and the asymmetrical loss is reduced by setting the inner conductor and the magnetic body in the close contact state. Since the magnetic rotator and the resonance capacitor parts are differently formed, they can be assembled in spite of the baking characteristics of them and productivity improves. |
