Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of being used for many purpose and capable of forming reutilized water. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a branching means branching rainwater introduced after initial rainwater becoming discarding water is stored in a first tank 10a to a second tank 10b as reutilized water. This branching means is equipped with the lid member 13 attached to the leading end opening part 12a of a rainwater introducing pipe 12, the float 14 connected to the lid member 13 and the branch pipe 15 branched from the midway part of the rainwater introducing pipe 12 to the second tank 10b. The rainwater branching apparatus B thus constituted is fitted in a system recovering living waste water to purify and sterilize the same.
