Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food like the one obtained by using the whole egg, having flavor, texture, color and properties not inferior to the one obtained by using the whole egg by only using an egg white part. SOLUTION: This food like the one obtained by using the whole egg comprises an egg white, a thickener polysaccharide and a pigment. The thickener polysaccharide comprises gums and pectin in combination. The food like the one obtained by using the whole egg includes no cholesterol because of using no egg yolk, and has low calorie, and thereby is ingested without fear by a person caring the ingestion of the egg because of hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipemia, diabetes, obesity, etc.
