Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of spark between a grill and a rack pan or between the grill and the wall surface of a heating chamber to improve the handleability of the grill by a method wherein projected parts, projected toward the rack pan, are formed in a wire member so that the connecting parts of the wire member will not be contacted with the rack pan under a condition that the grill is received in the rack pan. SOLUTION: A grill 2 is received in the recessed part 1b of a rack pan 1. The grill 2 is provided with legs 2f and, therefore, the grill 2 is disposed on the rack pan 1 while keeping a predetermined distance between the rack pan 1. The projected parts 2c and the legs 2f of the grill 2 are formed so as to be contacted with the rack pan 1 and the contacting parts are formed so as to be very smooth whereby spark will not be generated between the sharp edge generated in welded parts 2b and the rack pan 1 or the wall surface of a heating chamber. On the other hand, painted surface of the rack pan 1 will not be damaged by the sharp edges. Further, spark will not be generated between the grill 2 and the wall surface of the heating chamber owing to contact between them or the grill 2 will not be dropped upon inserting or withdrawal of the rack pan 1 whereby the handleability of the grill is improved.
