Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix harness for supplying power to a motor by a simple constitution, and facilitate wire connecting work, in an electric control throttle device opening/closing a throttle valve by a motor. SOLUTION: In a flange 11 for fixing a motor 2, a clip part 14a, 14b is integrally molded, which is for fixing harness 13a, 13b connected to a power terminal 12a, 12b. The clip part 14a, 14b is formed so that a tip end of the harness 13a, 13b faces the power terminal 12a, 12b when the harness 13a, 13b before connection is fixed, in a condition fixing the harness 13a, 13b to the clip part 14a, 14b, wire connecting work is performed.
