Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the troubles of grinding work on the working surface and to simplify the fitting or the removing work of a refractory to a metallic frame. SOLUTION: A side weir is constituted with the metallic frame 26 fixed at the back surface and a refractory block 20 inserted in this metallic frame 26. In such a case, through-holes are arranged on the bottom surface of the metallic frame 26, and the refractory block 20 having supports 22 at the reverse side to the working surface 21 is penetrated into the through-holes and abutted on a supplemental steel plate with the supports 22 and fitted to the metallic frame 26. |
