Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously avoid the disconnection of cell caused by the location of radio hand set under calling outside the zone of base station by reporting information showing the approach to the outside of zone when a value less than a prescribed value is discriminated by a discriminating means and a 2nd detecting means detects no radio wave from the other base station. SOLUTION: The ratio wave received from the base station under radio connection through a current speech channel to the hand set under calling is weaker than the prescribed value and the ratio wave received from the other base station is not detected, a CPU 17 reports it to an owner by driving a buzzer 21 and outputting an alarm tone that radio equipment gas closer to the outside of zone. Further, in such a case, the CPU 17 controls a voice synthesizing IC 22 and a voice CODEC 14, outputs a voice message showing 'approach to outside of zone' from the voice synthesizing IC 22 to the voice CODEC 14, sends that voice message from the voice CODEC 14 to the side if receiver 23 and reports it to the owner. At the same time, that voice message is sent to the side of channel CODEC 15 and reported through the speech channel to a speaking party.
