Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating angle controller for a satellite antenna mounted on a mobile body, in which an elevating angle of the antenna is easily controlled with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: An elevating angle on an antenna 10 is controlled by using a DC motor 82, a gear reducer 83, and limit switches 61a, 61b that detect upper/lower limits of the elevating angle of the antenna 10. A reference drive time detection means 71 detects a reference drive time of the DC motor 82 which is required when the antenna 10 is moved between the upper limit and the lower limit. An elevating angle decision means 72 decides a current elevating angle of the antenna 10. An elevating angle revision means 74 calculates a drive time for the DC motor 82, required to drive the antenna 10 from the current elevating angle of the antenna 10 till to the angle to be set, based on the reference drive time and the current elevating angle of the antenna 10, when an elevating angle setting button 64 sends a signal which is denotes setting of a prescribed elevating angle and drives the DC motor 82 by just the drive time.
