Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supplement the difference between a new and an old user interfaces. SOLUTION: Data inputted through a user interface processor 111 common in function are processed through the data processor 113b of a function A module 113 or the data processor 114b of a function B module 114 passing through a processing interface 112. The processing interface 112 transmits the inputted data to the function A module 113 or the function B module 114 making a judgment basing on their contents. Communications are exchanged with other modules through the data processors 113b and 114b. A data processor 115 with no user interface processes only data and exchanges communications the same as the data processors 113b and 114b. A user interface is switched between the version A and the version B by a switch provided to an equipment data holder.
