PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate manufacturing by providing a pusher for pushing a right end strip plate material leftward, and a movable stopper disposed to switch a gap between a bearer and a left edge of a retaining plate to bring a left edge of a left end strip plate material of strip plate materials pushed by the pusher at the time of closing. SOLUTION: When alignment of strip plate materials B is completed, a pusher 18 is moved leftward. Then, the materials B are sequentially moved leftward from that of a left end to that of a right end. All the materials B moved leftward are brought into contact with a movable stopper 19 in the state that the adjacent materials are brought into contact with each other and stopped. At this time, all the materials B are clamped in a width direction by the pusher 18 and stopper 19 so that recess strip engaging parts b1 of the adjacent materials B are engaged with protruding engaging parts b2, thereby obtaining a flooring material F. Eventually, when the stopper 19 is opened and the pusher 18 is moved leftward, the material F is discharged by the pusher 18 between a bearer 14 and a retaining plate 15.
