Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To subdivide bubbles and also to enlarge the dispersion range of bubbles with little power and even with the small number of blowing nozzles and the large diameter of the blowing nozzle when dispersing bubbles into liquid or slurry and to hardly cause clogging nozzles even when treating slurry. SOLUTION: In this device, air is blown from one or plural blowing nozzles 34 into liquid or slurry in a liquid tank 30 to disperse bubbles in the liquid or slurry. Impingement plates 36 are installed around the blowing nozzles 34, and the rising bubbles are hit against the impingement plates to subdivide the bubbles and also enlarge the distribution range of the bubbles.
