Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage receiving and distributing device which makes it possible to save natural resources, to extend the life of a cooling fan and to save energy by driving the cooling fan efficiently so that its constituent components and the high-voltage receiving and distributing device can be cooled efficiently. SOLUTION: A monitor and control device 5 operates and controls a transformer 2 provided inside a facility case 1. A temperature sensor 4 provided on the transformer 2 measures the temperature of this transformer to transmit the signals to the monitor and control device 5, which drives and stops a cooling fan 3 according to the temperature signals from the temperature sensor 4 and cools the transformer in order to make the temperature equal to a specified temperature or lower. Therefore, no separate circuit is required for driving the cooling fan, which makes it possible to save natural resources and to achieve the system driving of the cooling fan. Thus, it is possible to extend the life of the cooling fan, to save energy and thereby to cool the high-voltage receiving and distributing device effectively.
