Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent air permeability and water proof measures for rainfall. SOLUTION: A roof member 10 is formed in an double layer structure with an inner layer 10A and an outer layer 10B, between which a gap is provided. In the inner layer 10A and the outer layer 10B, a number vent holes 12A, 12B are respectively made through upper and lower faces to prevent the entry of droppings, flyings and rainfall from the outside of the roof member 10 through the vent holes 12B, the gap 11 and the vent holes 12A to the inside of a building. Outside air is distributed between the inside and the outside of the building. On the side, where the inner layer 10A faces the outer layer 10B, bosses 14A are circularly provided around the bent holes 12A.
