Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To definitively inform an operator of a construction machine of the approach of a worker to the machine when infrared rays transmitted from the construction machine are received by a worker's infrared receiver and a radio wave is transmitted from the worker radio transmitter to a radio receiver at the construction machine and then an alarm is transmitted from an alarm generator. SOLUTION: An infrared receiver 50 and a radio transmitter 60 are attached to a top portion of a helmet 9 worn by a worker 8 or the like. If a tire roller 1 and the worker 8 come closer beyond predetermined range each other, then the infrared receiver 50 worn by the worker 8 receives infrared rays came from the infrared ray transmitter 10 of the tire roller 1 and a radio wave is transmitted from the worker's radio transmitter 60. This radio wave is received by a radio receiver 20 of the tire roller 1 and an alarm is generated from an alarm device 40 to the operator 6. By doing this, the operator of the construction machine can be informed of an approach between the construction machine and the worker by means of an alarm generator thereby preventing an injury to the worker by the moving construction machine.
