Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance printing quality, reduce the number of components and the cost and to raise the mounting density. SOLUTION: An overall electrode 63 is formed on a first piezoelectric body block which is polarized in the arrangement direction. A sheet type anisotropic adhesive is coated on the overall electrode 63 and patterning is applied to the first piezoelectric body block to form the electrode and anisotropic adhesive. Patterning is applied to a second piezoelectric body block which is polarized in the arrangement direction to form an electrode 64. Groove making processing is applied to the first and second piezoelectric body blocks, respectively to form grooves at predetermined pitches. A piezoelectric body base and a piezoelectric cover each having a groove wall of which width is greater than the electrode or anisotropic adhesive formed by the patterning are formed. The groove walls are opposed to each other and the piezoelectric body base and piezoelectric cover are pressed to be bonded, thereby forming an ink pressurizing chamber from the groove.
