Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor fluorescence detection electrophoresis analyzer which uses an one-dimensional sensor in a detecting system, and of which the detecting sensitivity is improved. SOLUTION: Plural samples are respectively separated by the electrophoresis in plural migration paths, the light is applied to the separated sample component, and the fluorescence generated from the sample component, is measured by an included detector unit 100. The fluorescence is collected by a lens 60, and the light of a specific wavelength is selected by a filter 110. Further the light is divided into four beams by a right prism 120, and then detected by four one-dimensional sensors 150. |
